Casey McDonald is a legend - not just in the sense that he's good at what he does (he is exceptionally good, just clock his multiple awards), but he's one of the nicest guys working in this industry - so humble and genuine, you can't help but cheer him on. Casey has worked for some incredible operators in his time, including Gary Danko in the States and Andrew McConnell of Trader House in Melbourne. His return to NZ saw him take up the reins at Craggy Range, where he has worked his absolute magic in the last decade. Casey joins us on the pass in May - expect some great laughs, a wonderful story, and a menu that'll have you licking your plate clean.
