A relative newcomer to Wellington, Greg Piner has quietly become one of the more interesting people in this city’s hospo scene since taking over the kitchen at Charley Noble. He’s been cooking professionally for years, from luxury lodges and hotel kitchens to mentoring young chefs and competing internationally, and he brings a mix of experience, curiosity and hard-earned perspective into everything he does. A man of many talents, Greg is also immersed in the world of photography and video content, spending much of his down time filming incredible drone shots across the city's coasts. His Kitchen Day session promises to be generous in every sense: honest conversations about the highs and lows of a long career in the industry, plenty of good stories, and a menu that reflects both where he’s come from and who he is now.
